When I am transporting a client, I cannot answer the phone, and some calls come in faster than I can return them. I never want anyone to feel ignored or unimportant. Every call matters to me.

Wait Time Charges
The first 15 minutes of wait time are included at no cost.
After the first 15 minutes, wait time is billed at $25 per hour, in 15-minute increments ($6.25 per 15 minutes)
Wait time charges may be waived in the event of unexpected provider delays.
After-Hours, Weekend & Holiday Rates
- Additional $30 surcharge applies to rides after 6:00 PM, weekends, or holidays
